Shipping Policy
Orders to Canada ship within 2 business days via Canada Post XpressPost. Orders to the USA ship within 2 business days via Canada Post Small Packet USA Air. Alternate methods may be arranged by contacting us.
The parcel services used do not have tracking numbers but are extremely reliable. Please allow 11 - 13 business days for delivery. Orders leaving Canada may experience a customs delay but rest assured that your order is making its way to you!
Customer Satisfaction Policy
The pendants are guaranteed for life; this does not include the necklace and clasp. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we will do whatever it takes to make things right. For a refund, simply mail us the pendant and we will give you the cost of the purchase minus the original shipping cost.
